Preparation time: 15 minutes.
Main Ingredients:
- Boiled eggs.(2)
- Medium sized onion(1).
- Tomato(1)
- Garlic paste.
- Chopped Fresh coriander leaves to garnish.
- Salt, Turmeric powder, garam masala.
Steps:
- Heat 2 tbsps of the cooking oil in a deep pan.
- When the oil is hot, add the onions (cut into quarters) and the garlic paste. Fry till onion turns slightly golden. (Fry for 2-3 minutes)
- When the onions are fried , add the tomato (cut into quarters), 1/2 tbsp of turmeric, 1 tbsp of garam masala, salt to taste.
- Add 1 cup of warm water to this mixture.
- Half cut the boiled eggs and add them gently to the gravy.
- Let the gravy cook for 10 minutes (till the gravy thickens a bit).
- Turn off the flame. Garnish the dish with fresh coriander leaves and serve.
