Egg Curry: Recipe

Preparation time: 15 minutes.

Main Ingredients:

  1.  Boiled eggs.(2)
  2.  Medium sized onion(1).
  3.  Tomato(1)
  4.  Garlic paste.
  5.  Chopped Fresh coriander leaves to garnish.
  6.  Salt, Turmeric powder, garam masala.

  1. Heat 2 tbsps of the cooking oil in a deep pan.
  2. When the oil is hot, add the onions (cut into quarters) and the garlic paste. Fry till onion turns slightly golden. (Fry for 2-3 minutes)
  3. When the onions are fried , add the tomato (cut into quarters), 1/2 tbsp of turmeric, 1 tbsp of garam masala, salt to taste.
  4. Add 1 cup of warm water to this mixture.
  5. Half cut the boiled eggs and add them gently to the gravy.
  6. Let the gravy cook for 10 minutes (till the gravy thickens a bit).
  7. Turn off the flame. Garnish the dish with fresh coriander leaves and serve.
